BEAST Craft BBQ Co. and Pit Master David Sandusky hosted a great Pit-to-Plate class for our local Culinary Arts Teachers. Teachers learned how to make St. Louis classics like Snoot and STL-cut ribs, Brisket prep, and BBQ tips they can use in the classroom and at home.
